To get the best results, a basic gym membership is required. Our recommendation a local 24/7 gym in your area. If you need a point in the right direction with this, just reach out and we can help guide you to find the best fit for you.
Results depend on each individual as our bodies respond differently to training. Having said that, by the end of week 2 you will notice a significant improvement in your energy and mental clarity.
The idea of telling you from now on you can only eat boiled chicken and rice forever is ridiculous. It's not realistic and it's not a good long term plan. Our nutrition component is extremly unique and is the sole reason all of our past Challenge participants have managed to keep the weight off. There are no set meal plans each week, we base your food around your individual requirements.
Over the past decade, we've helped 1000's of people drop unwanted fat. The best individual result we've ever seen was from a busy dad in his 40's. He lost 17.5kgs of fat in 8 weeks and increased his muscle mass by 5%.

Absolutely. Our step by step process makes this a very easy to follow system. We have had many first timers join the Challenge who have gotten life changing results.
On our Challenge, you will be using an exclusive coaching app system. This works on Apple or Android and each workout is on the system for you customised, every exercise has a full video showing how too perform the movement.
An understanding of how your body works on a level you haven't experienced before. The goal for us is to help you find a lifestyle that makes it easy to maintain your result. There is a huge emphasis on education and our live online seminars and workshops mean you can ask questions in real time and get an immediate answer.
Of course! What we are trying to get you to understand is that our life has to be about balance. We simply give you the tools and knowledge to make better decisions in the moment without denying yourself the fun things in life.
The 8 Week Challenge is an educational fitness program with the goal of giving you GUARANTEED results, whilst more importantly teaching you how to maintain them for the rest of your life. We do not leave anyone stranded and make sure you have a plan following the Challenge. We also have ongoing coaching programs available if you'd like someone to help you remain accountable.
Our educational seminars have a proven track record on inspiring and motivating all Challenge participants. In addition, weekly 1 on 1 check in's with your Coach mean we track your current progress, keep you accountable, motivated and engaged with your Challenge. Our focus on education and mindset mean you have all the tools you need both from us individually and the wider Challenge community.
